ESPRESSO ___ 40-45 ml. a concentrated shot of coffee.
ESPRESSO RISTRETTO ___ shot of an even more intense coffee with only 30 ml. water. (Ristretto = italian for "Hold Back")
ESPRESSO DOUBLE ___ as the name implies - this is a double shot of espresso 80 - 100 ml.
ESPRESSO MACCHIATO ___ espresso shot with a small drop of steamed milk. (Machiato = italien for "Spot")
CORTADO ___ espresso shot with steamed milk. Ratio 1:1
CAPPUCCINO ___ espresso shot with steamed milk served in a round cup.
AMERICANO ___ espresso shot served with hot water.
CAFFE LATTE ___ espresso served in a big cup with warm milk - we do not recommend it!
ESPRESSO ON ICE ___ espresso served in a glass with crushed ice - excellent as a drink in the summertime.
